Salmorejo Express Recipe (Without garlic)


Ingredients:


  • 4 red tomatoes
  • 200g bread
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sherry vinager
  • Salt
  • Cold water

1.Peel and cut the tomatoes into pieces and place them in a bowl or blender glass

2.Add the bread, the egg yolks and the white of 1 of them, and dress with vinegar, salt and a drizzle of olive oil

3. Add a little cold water and blend it with the blender until you get a cream of

thick tomato
